Before any returns are accepted, an RMA# (return authorization number) must be obtained from and issued by Dust Bandit. A copy of the original invoice with RMA# must be shipped to Dust Bandit within 5 days of the number being issued. There is a 20% restocking fee. Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason the purchaser is not completely satisfied with the product, Dust Bandit must be notified within 30 days of the receipt of the product for a replacement of full refund.

All claims of damaged or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the conditions of the merchandise in the presence of the carrier. All claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of goods and supported by invoice.

The purchaser of any quick adjust bandana device releases the manufacturer of said device and Dust Bandit from all liabilities pertaining to the use of said device.
